Each programme consistes of six one-hour coaching sesions with Julie Blunt, founder of Interact Training Solutions. These sessions can be face-to-face, by phone or a mixture of both. The recommended interval between the sessions are 2-4 weeks but again, this is entirely flexible and agreed with you to suit your needs and schedule. Before you commit to the programme, you are entitled to a free, no obligation, 45 minute phone coaching session.
The investment for this programme is based on £125/1 hour face-to-face session, £85/1 hour phone session. This means a programme of 6 sessions would mean an investment of between £510 and £750. This includes unlimited email and phone support between sessions, plus a Personal Development Journal for you to use to map your progress. Compare this to the price of a standard 2 day training programme - and this is entirely tailored to your needs.
